Fortitude looking for 5v5 team players

Fortitude is a brand new team that I just created, and we're looking to fill a few positions.

Specifically, we're looking for players to fill the following roles: Top, Mid and Support.

From the people looking to join, I'm looking for players around Gold 3, or higher. I would prefer if you plan on applying for one of the above roles, that it's your main role. If your main role isn't open, then don't settle for another position that you're not as good at. Being good at more than one role would make you more generalized, rather than specialized - which is fine for solo queue, but less so for ranked 5s.

I'm looking for active players who want to play seriously in a non-stressful, pressure-free environment. When I say seriously I mean you should understand that we're playing competitively, and you'll try your best to win while having fun doing it. And by pressure-free I mean that we're likely going to make mistakes at some point along the line, and we're probably going to lose at times - but they are not reasons to flame anybody on the team. Constructive criticism/feedback is how improvement is made.

Me and the jungler are both EST Timezone. Weekends would be the ideal time to play. Weekdays we could fit it in if everyone's on the same page, and roughly the same time-zone. I'm only available to play from about 5-9 PM unless I have the day off.

And obviously, voice communication is a must. We can use Skype, TS3, or vent. We have servers available for us to use. I would prefer that you have a decent headset. It's actually pretty annoying trying to talk to someone over an awful webcam mic.
