Anyone out there interested in "mentoring" me?

I have been playing league for just about a year and a half and I have been steadily growing. I am getting to the point where I see my growth as a player start to slow down a bit (not stop) and I cant help but feel like I have much more potential. So I am looking for anyone who may be interested in filling a mentor sort of role and kind of help me adjust and grow in the game both as a captain of a team and just as a player of the game. Im not looking to hire a personal coach, or for some challenger player to come to me and tell me what to do because they said so. Im looking for an experienced player to engage in discussion about the game and leadership to help myself grow. Please reply here if you are interested in giving me a helping hand.

I can tell you the most important things in a few short sentences:

Immerse yourself with play that is better than your own, make note of how it differs from your own, seek out players better than yourself and play with them, be receptive to criticism.
It is impossible to have enough map awareness. If you ever think you are paying enough attention to what is going on around you, you are wrong. Only the best pro junglers come close to having sufficient map awareness.
Enjoy doing everything you can to encourage your team and find a path a victory, not the wins themselves. If the win is what you enjoy, league is a game full of bitter disappointment.
If a play you are involved with turns out poorly, do not hesitate to take blame. If a certain player is still angry even when you are willing to take the blame, don't be afraid to use the mute feature.

I could maybe give you some more pointers if we played together.

I'd be happy to play games with you and help you develop more game sense as you go along, hard to just tell you things flat out, easier to do as it happens.
