Looking for in-game help

Greetings Summoners,

I'm a previously silver, now bronze player who needs some help on my mechanics. I know I have potential as an ADC. I help carry my team almost ever game. (although its tough in bronze when you get an afk every 3rd game.) If anyone is interested in coaching, talking, playing etc. im very interested and would appreciate it a lot. I main Lucian and Ashe or if JG I main Amumu. I HATE being one of those (oh my team is the reason im failing) but I find it difficult to be the splitpusher, ganker, main damage dealer in a teamfight, objective taker and still watch my lane. My teams seem to not want to coordinate and I eventually find myself overextending to cover my team. Anyways, i'd be excited to gain some more knowledge and hopefully play with some evenly skilled player.
