Looking for help in Ranked

Hey lolers,

I'm a good player (Mainly Supp or JG) looking for help climbing the ranks. I got stuck this season in bronze -___- I know I am a much better at league than that. I seem to always get stuck on a team who do not counterpick or who feed very early on. I'm not some amazing player, but I tend to play smart and safe, but aggressive when needed. Maining support you are kind of at the mercy of your team. Just looking for someone to duo with or to join a team who has their act together. Thanks.
