Starting a serious ranked/competetive team (bronze-silver)

Hey guys, I'm starting a ranked team to start climbing and to compete in the Competeleague tourneys. I'm currently looking for silver elo players so we can all climb and learn together as a team. I myself will play top lane so I would be looking for all other roles. If interested, fill out the form and I'll get back to you to start tryouts!

LANE: Mid/Top/Adc

CHAMP POOL:Akali, Ekko, Jinx, Cait, Shyvana, Lulu, Velkoz, Lux, Jhin, Leona, Yasuo, and Leblanc.

STRENGTHS/WEAKNESS:

Usually in games I tend to have really strong Early Game, But just start losing it Late. OR have really bad early game, but come back strong Late.
I try to roam as best as I can to help team but my lane suffers.
I get easily ganked when im ahead.

Its both Strength and Weakness

GOAL: To climb and have fun with a good team

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO IMPROVE?: On my Laning phase. And Late Game Phase.

COMMENTS: I really wouldn't mind being with others that are low, but also I might not be able to even join since you guys might not want me. But I might as well fill this out. And see where it goes from there.

WEAKNESS: I Like to have fun. Sometimes too much fun. I'm not that good of a player i guess would be my weakness?

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO IMPROVE?: My league Rank, observation of a complete and functioning team (knowing shots, positioning per player, objective sequence, rotation strategies)

COMMENTS: My Timezone is -8PST and on then i am able to play from 12Am-6Am (meaning i'm an Owl) I enjoy playing with people who are eager to learn and play better. Though I may not be the best player, I do enjoy playing the game. I've won countless VG Tournaments in the Gold (A Bracket) and have the ryze skin to prove it. I've been on Ranked Teams before so I have prior experience and knowledge. I do not appreciate players with an ego or i'm better than you so listen to what I say attitude. I have experience in shot calling. Have Ts, Skype, and Curse My highest Rank was in season 3 or 4 at Plat 4.

LANE: Jungle

CHAMP POOL: Rengar, Malphite, Ammumu, Rammus, Udyr, Shaco, Zac

STRENGTHS: My Rengar is by far my best jungle. I have my head on a swivel during lane phase so I always try to pay attention to laners and focus on jungle paths that help me punish enemy aggressive laners. I also do a pretty good job of counter ganking when I put my mind to it. WEAKNESS: I think I often focus too much on creating vision for my team rather than denying it from the enemy. Maybe that's because I'm used to my teams not warding much but regardless

GOAL: I want to end this season in gold. I don't focus much on my solo queue but so far I'm doing quite well with a 63% win rate. Coming from b1 last season and with my current performance I expect to improve quite a bit this season regardless of whether I hit gold or not. But as of right now my eyes are set on gold.

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO IMPROVE?: I think I often focus too much on creating vision for my team rather than denying it from the enemy. Maybe that's because I'm used to my teams not warding much but regardless I want to get to a point where I can be adept at both at least as I don't spend much time using the red trinket.

COMMENTS: I currently have huge focus on my play with Rengar but all of the champions listed are comfort picks for me I understand what they are capable of and have had many positive experiences playing with them.
