Making A Gold Ranked Team for Clan tournment's and 3rd party tournment's Need High elo Coach

I am currently looking for a Coach we are currently trying out a different people so we dont have a set roster yet. Requirement's are you must be Diamond 5 or higher Mature/ able to take criticism, willing to listen to others and learn from your mistakes. No raging blaming, tilting This team is competitive but chill environment were will learn as a group and have fun doing it Must have a mic and TeamSpeak, sign up for clan http://forum.dmg-inc.com/register/ This team is going to require time and effort to build up, must be able to practice daily almost every day, so we can really start build our communication and team Synergy. Would like if the coach can watch vod's do brief note's, and some google doc help
