Are You Looking For A Team Manager?

I'm new to league team management, but I have real world management experience. I'm hoping to assist one team in becoming better as a unit and more organized. As your team manager I will provide any and all of the following services for our team;

• I will actively seek training for team members who want it, meaning I will contact league players who main the champion you want to learn to set up a practice time for you.
• I will post recruitment posts for our team(To your specifications), and give our team the applications that fit your requirements.
• I will help with keeping a schedule for team practice, as well as tournaments and seek out scrimmage partners for the team.
• I will keep track of your performance with champions in game, and keep track of your PERSONAL win rate against certain champions.
• I will spectate matches and offer feedback.
• I will keep track of new patches and champion buffs or nerfs.
• I will recommend team comps with high chemistry and benefit in team fights.
• I will also build custom item sets for the team.

If there is any question one of our teammates has that I do not have an answer for, I will do my best to find one ASAP. I am extremely reliable, flexible hours, and very intensive. If you are serious about your team and hope for success, just let me know. Only serious replies. I am not managing a team that has not completed at least 30 ranked/competitive matches this season. If your team has just formed, I am sorry but many teams fall apart or are not committed to their overall achievement. I am very committed and driven to succeed, it would be nice to help a team as serious as I am.
