Serious Team Looking for Dedicated Team Player (Mid, Silver to Gold)

Hi guys,

We're building a 5's ranked team which will practice 3 times a week. Our goal is to form a team in which EVERYONE LOVES PLAYING WITH EVERYONE ELSE, meanwhile, of course, have fun and get better as a team and individually. Our practice schedule is on weekdays during evening hours (~6PM to 9PM EST, 3-4 days a week). And our mid-term target is to participate and archive good results in online tournaments.

We'd describe our desire playstyle Play Methodical, Play Sync, Play Smart (good in-game decisions). Currently we're looking for a Mid laner. The kind of teammates we're looking for are players of compatible personalities, attitude towards the game, skill / potentials and as importantly, high level of involvement and dedication to the team (everyone of us DESIRE to build and grow the team together), also, be patient in the progress of building a well-oiled team. Here are a few things that may reflect a little that:

  • Praise the good plays, cheer for victories, always respect
  • We think best time in the game was spent of post-game reviews when we talked about our mistakes, how our tactics worked out and how we should improve
  • In most of the losing games, even with a very little hope to turn around, still try our best to win and take it as a good learning experience
  • Share links and thoughts about LoL strats, tactics and tricks on Skype group
  • Respect others' time by show up on time and ready in practice
  • Never troll, flame or talk ** to allies and enemies
  • We DON'T tell each other how I won that 28-2 last game or how that stupid jungler threw the last game
  • Keep an open mind to others' opinions and thoughts

Please reply below if you're interested. Honestly your solo queue division doesn't matter a lot cause we met good team players at brozne 2 and I-go-in-for-the-potential-kill-1v4-and-die (aka Tryndamere syndrome) plat 1 players. But generally we're looking for skill level of around silver and gold.

We are going to run some tryouts and we'be be looking at the attitude, communicates, decision making and skills. And it's very important you show up for your tryouts on the agreed time and date.

General Requirements:

  • Mature with positive attitude, perferrably 18+ (no huge-egos or self-centered kids pls)
  • A team player willing to communicate, learn, have fun and get better together with the team
  • Patient, Considerate and good mannered
  • Good awareness, game knowledge and mechanics
  • Proficient in match-ups of your role (e.g. counters, lane gameplan, etc)
  • Willing to commit and contribute proactively to your team
  • Skype / Raidcall / Curse Voice and a working mic
  • Active and able to practice in evening hours (show up on time and ready-to-go)
  • Able to play secondary role(s) / own champs of other roles for swapping / own multiple rune pages for match-ups is a plus

  6. Anything else you think we should know about you: Im a mechanically strong duelist, you put me on zed, i'll get the job done, unless i get completely shut down of course
  7. What you expect from the team: I expect everyone on the team show up on time, everytime, to practices. as well as everyone listening to calls, and not talkin crap and raging.

  2. I main Mid, but in order it would go Mid>Jung>Fill
  3. If I'm not doing anything, I usually play from 3pm-12am.
  4. Ahri , Syndra , Orianna , Annie .
  5. I learn to play better through constant trial and error, testing my skill and boundaries, as well as watching pros stream and constant practice.
  6. I every single matchup against Ahri and feel confident going against most if not all champions.
  7. I expect the team to put in the same amount of time and effort I am, as well as being able to put forth constructive criticism and be able to take it.
  8. On a midlaner, I will generally purchase around 5 green wards and 1-2 pinks, all depending on how long the game will take.
  9. I am quite comfortable when it comes to shotcalling, especially with a team that trusts me.

  5. I try to play a lot of solo queue to keep improving my skills against people who are around my skill level.
  6. I have experience shot calling and I'm always trying to boost the moral of my teammates
  7. I expect the team to be able to work together well and put in a lot of blood and sweat to try to make it far up the ladder.
  8. I probably buy anywhere from 5-10 wards a game.
  9. I'm very comfortable with shot-calling.

Diesels Empire 19 gold 5 Mid/jungle main and my hours are very flexible basically you tell me a time and I make it happen Mid- ziggs, Xerath, kass, etc Jungle- vi,ww,trundle, wu, hec, basically anyone. most of my friends are plat/ diamond we play tournaments alot just looking for a fun team to play alot with Never get salty always stay positive and always having a sense of humor when we are behind to keep spirits up 8-12 wards a game I love shot calling right decisions win games.

  1. Prefer Mid, but can play everything but jung
  2. I play often, free after 5-6pm weekdays and generally free during weekends. Hours are quite flexible.
  3. have a very diverse champion pool, but main katarina(probably have like 200+ games on her). I prefer to play assassins mid(fizz, Leblanc, zed) and I am quite comfortable on almost every assassin in the game, but I also play mages like ori, morg, syndra.
  4. I watch and play a lot of League of Legends, have been playing since season 1, but have played on and off until recently.
  5. I like talking about the game, discussing strategies, picks and other parts of the game.
  6. I expect to have fun and play consistently with this team, and also learn and get better at the game.
  7. I don't know kind of a weird question totally depends on the other variables(what lane/role, ranked or normal, winning or losing)
  8. Yes I am very comfortable in a shot calling role. I have a lot of experience in a shot calling role and in a more passive role. Have been on a couple teams from bronze-plat.

  3. How often / what time you play: try to play at least a few games a day open pretty much anytime.

  5. How you learn to play better: practice and coaching, i like to take the advice from other people and push myself to always do better.

  6. Anything else you think we should know about you: i do have some ranked 5s experience in the past, and i did hit gold 4 in season 4 but decayed from not playing for a while.

  7. What you expect from the team: dedication and the drive to improve individually and as a group.

  8. How many wards you buy a game? it depends on the game but i try to always have a pink down and keep greens stocked based on need.

  3. How often / what time you play I can play anytime at night, no matter what, and then i only work 2 days a week in the morning so im on all the time.

  5. How you learn to play better Play a little more safe/passive at times, sometimes i go too aggro for kills sadly, and be more consistant with warding.

Anything else you think we should know about you I have played on several teams and played in several tournaments. 7. What you expect from the team A team that legitimately wants to get better, and knows that they have a lot to learn. 8. How many wards you buy a game? I place a minimum of 15 wards per game. 9. Are you comfortable in shot-calling? I have been a shot caller before. I prefer to only do it if I know that the whole team will follow. It gets very discouraging when players take shot calling as suggestions and not something that should be done.
