Where do you usually go to find a late-night friend?

Looking for friends to play LoL with right now. I am currently gold 4.

But to be completely honest, I'm just looking to make some friends. I have a silver elo account that I use in order to play with lower ranked friends, and I prefer to play on that right now. I also enjoy playing normals, but overall, I prefer to play on Summoner's Rift.

I just want to have fun and make conversation while playing casually, or help someone in lower rank to climb out.
