Ultimately looking to form a 5 man team but will dynamic q and play 3s while working of the final product.

Have full tier 3 rune pages for every champ you intend to play. I don't mean have a full ad page and use it for everything. If you play both ad and ap champs have specific pages for each.

Have a champ pool (2-4) that you are good at and intend to play. I can't tell you how many times I try someone out and they play a champ they are bad at. They are good with 3-4 champs. Lots of games played on them. Good KDA ( I check before hand and wouldn't be playing with them if they didn't). But we get into champ select and they pick a champ they have a losing record with or something thats just odd because they think its a counter. I don't care about counters at this point. I want you playing your best champ period. I don't think counters matter much in bronze. I think it's more important to play what you are best at.

Play the meta. I am not going to argue the validity of Brand support, Teemo jungle, or Soraka mid. If it works for you thats great. I simply don't want it.
