B4 ADC main looking for duo, must have at least a 50% winrate

As the tittle above says I'm looking for a competent duo partner. Someone who can adapt in a game as in if they get ganked or just die in lane a couple times they know how to play near turret instead of trying to fight the guy who is already fed. I'm just sick of the brain dead people in this game. I main kindred jungle but I have been playing adc jhin a lot. So I'm looking for top, mid, jungler or support main to duo with. I don't care about discord or any chat thing I personally think pings are enough, also I'm looking for someone who isn't going to waste minutes ranting in chat during a game, someone who isn't going to sit and argue with the team over stupid stuff. someone who mutes trolls and focuses on the game. Any rank is welcome but again 50% winrate, calm during games, doesn't feed/poor positioning if behind. My biggest pet peeve right now is something happening in a game and someone has to for some reason say "why didn't you do this, why didn't you do that?!?!?!?" then two guys on the team are going back and forth instead of just playing, mistakes happen and usually after the mistake was made that player already sees it. advice is one thing to a team member but firing of the "why why why" doesn't help.
