PUSHING CLAN

Hey, I play and apparently after my latest game lol ( got banned so i tried and actually did quite well but my team fed super hard). So pretty much I play support, but I want to have team members that WON'T FEED so that I can actually start winning ranked games and not just sacrificing myself by going into teamfights because everyone else has already fed the other team. <--Confusing but whatever
