Looking for competitive team!

What I am looking for: I am looking for a team (doesn't need to be high level but would probably be a lot better idea for this) who is willing to accept a silver and teach me. I want to go up ranks not just in the system but mechanically and to be knowledgeable of the game. So that I can play in not just solo que but also in a/the competitive scene at a fairly high level.

Who I am: I am currently Silver 4. My main is mid Also could play Supp/Jungle Mid > Supp > Jungle in terms of strengths Mid > Jg > Supp in terms of pool

**Mid lane: ** I can play all sorts of champs I am mainly good at burst or hyper-carries.
Such as Annie (My best champ), Yasuo, Orianna, Ekko.

Support: Mostly tanks, prefer Braum a lot, could also Sona and Soraka

**Jungle: ** As for this one I can do the creep waves fine. Still learning a lot about the jungle role though. There's Ekko, Nidalee, Xin, Shyvanna, Nasus (although he probably fell off), Learning Elise soon. I could also learn to Eve and amumu jungle too.

What to expect: I am competitive, if and when I do get frustrated it is because I understand that I had messed something up. I always try to think about how I can fix it they next game. I even keep a post-it-notes right next to me! I am honest, Like to have fun and prefer to play with friends/others that I've gotten to know. I work hard and always try my best whether it may be for fun or competitive.

As I am still relatively new to the game I would respect it if you would take your time with me and not think I am hopeless case. I do learn fast - it is just the need to keep practicing it.
