[LSG] Lost Star Gaming now Recruiting Silver-Gold Team

Lost Star Gaming is a small organization just now starting up, by owner Jeff "Jayyster" Atchley. This is planned to be a serious team (though ranks for now can be Silver-Gold), but the end goal is to improve our individual ranks, and grow well as a team and start competing by a few months or more/less based on needs. As of now, I will be recruiting the 4 Primary Roles (Not Jungle, Thats Me) and No Subs yet, but the Subs will come in once we start competing.

RULES: 1.) Must Be Able to Use DISCORD. Have a Functioning, and Decent Quality Mic, and Preferably Little to No Background Noise. 2.) Must Be of 16 Years or Older, I am 20 Myself. 3.) Must Be Willing to Learn and Play Meta Champs, Along with Your Personal Champion Pool. 4.) Must Be Willing to Practice 2-3 Nights Each Week (Exceptions will Include Emergencies and Vacations/Holidays) And Expect Each "Practice Session" to Last 4-6 Hours.

CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR: Top Mid ADC Support **Coach/Anaylst (No Salary Until the Org Has A Source of Income) - Also Not Needed Yet, Unless I Get a Good Volunteer (Preferably Diamond+)

27 years old EST I have discord and a great mic I'm a great play maker in support/jungle, I have amazing communication skills (its my job IRL). I'm very positive. I hope to reach dimond this season, I was plat on my second season of playing and I remember it being very difficult climbing past that due to lack of communication (playing solo).

I play 4-6 matches every night. This week I have off. So i can play 10 hours+ each day if needed.

I created this account hoping to join a team of bronze-gold players looking for professional advice, constructive criticism, and a positive work environment. All of these things I can provide. Additionally I would be happy to fill in as a support SUB (not main).

Why Sub? I'm a professional manager who is responsible for 4200 individuals and married, I don't have 4-6 hours a day to scrim/practice. That said, I do have 1-2 hours most days, 2-4 on Fridays, and typically 4-6 on weekends.

What else? I'm capable of recording games and analyzing them in order to provide feedback to players/teams in a constructive and team-building manner. I'd also be happy to accept recordings done by others for the same purpose if I'm not around to record a specific game at a specific time.

Why you don't want to have me: Let's be honest here. I work, I'm married, my job sometimes sends me to other countries (example I spent 3 months in S. Korea in 2015 (a colleague made me a lol account over there too, very fun, got GOLD IV)). So my schedule, while normally reliable, won't always be.

-Have a blank notebook with you while you run things for quick, in-game note taking (if you don't have the two screens or multiple computers required for the above).

-Develop accept/reject criteria, this shouldn't be a popularity contest, decide what you're looking for in each role and establish the list of things that are simply instant "no-go" criteria. This will save time if you have it in mind (or on paper/excel/word) before you start this weekend.

-(like the above) Find some time to sit down and answer the question "what am I looking for in a (insert role here) teammate?" I say write it down because writing it will force you to process the question and answer it for yourself. You might not like the answer you get initially. You may change it multiple times. The important thing is that you're not trying to come up with all these things in your head, the day of. Now, we're all human so this question could quickly become overly complex, that's not what I'm suggesting. Just a simple answer, give it a number if that helps "what are the five things I'm looking for when I consider the (insert role here_) role on my team?"

Well you're on top of things then. Hope it wasn't taken as an insult, just trying to be helpful. As far as times, 10EST is 8GMT for me so no issues there I can be on whenever you decide, thankfully Saturdays are generally work free minus the occasional phone conference. Let me know if you'd like feedback on anything prior to the tryout launch date.
