Silver 5 Top Laner Looking For Team

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a team, that is better than I am. I'm tired of carrying ranked teams and telling people to be better, I want to be pushed into playing better by a team that is better than me. I know that it's stupid for a team to pick up a top laner that is worse than the rest of them, but I'm not looking for a plat team. I just want a team with players that are dedicated and know how to play the game well. Some information about myself: I'm 14, but I'm mature and I'm not a troll. I've been playing ranked since season 3, and my peak league is Silver 5, which is where I am currently. I play Riven, Ryze, Jax, Akali mostly, but I can learn a lot of other champions. If I am on a team that is better than me, I will work as hard as I can to get better. I am extremely dedicated and when I want something I work very hard towards it.
