Serious Bronze-Silver ranked team LFM

Hey all! It's been a tough road trying to get a team together and I've been trying since the summer, but I decided I would give it another go. From the other times I have led a team I've learned a lot, especially not to let lesser players who are friends with you on the team. I will be allowing anyone level 30 to try out for this team regardless of rank. Will rank help us know if you are a consistent player? Yes, and this will be used when we decide if you are on the team. But it will not make us try you out before anyone else. We need players and subs for every position. i havent tryed out ranked 5s yet, but i would like to. i have a high knowledge of the game and match-ups team comps and regular mechanics. just sick of Yolo-Q and trolls. Tried to get my RL friends to make a team but never took off
