Looking for casual 5s team

Currently ranked in silver 5 (s2 before tilting). I like playing 5s more than solo que for all the obvious reason but am having a hard time finding a team that "fits" for me. I dont care if its a bronze team or higher, i just would like to be able to play 5s once in a while. I am 23 years old and so i have to work a fair bit so my schedule is a bit infrequent. I usually get at least 2 days a week off and at least 2 days where i get off work at a reasonable hour to be able to play. I have about 1.5k normal wins played and about 600 ranked sense ive started playing so im fairly expirenced as a player. My last team was just not a good fit for me due to it being more of a dictatorship than an actual team. You MUST play this or you MUST do this or suddenly shiz hits the fan. I want a team that plays to win but can take a loss and still be friends afterwards. A team that actually listens to the input of the players on its team (i.e, when you say youd like to try playing a certian champ not get shot down immideatly, ideas on teamcomps ect) I main mid technically, zed,yasuo,orianna and im practicing azir and viktor, my secondairy role is support maining Morganna, orianna , leona , shen , janna, sona , or lulu. Other than that i can fill other roles with at least an avrage level of skill for my solo que elo, if not a little higher. (considering i was a bit higher before tilt and am used to playing aginst higher tier opponets in ranked 5s) Anyway if anyone actually had the patience to read all of this and has a spot open and would like to play, feel free to reply on here or add me in game.
