LF plat+ duo, also looking for plat+team

I'm looking for a serious partner to get from plat to diamond. I believe that my elo is higher than plat5 (but everyone says that and most of the time it isn't true lol) and recent been having trouble ranking up. I could cholk it up to many reasons but besides my own gameplay my teams recently have been extra bad. Mathwise my logic is if i'm duoing my chance of horrible teammates or afkers is lessened by ~20% so that brings me here.... Anyhow I can play every role, I main mid lane, top and jg both next strongest (adc is probably weakest).

Requirements: be plat 5+ and have voice communication, ie skype, curse, or something, and a good overall kda.

As for a team, i'm looking for a serious long term tourney team that doesn't disband after a couple days. New team or old does not matter, however older team would be prefered. I am only looking for a team that is planning on doing tourneys and practicing most days of the week. Req for team: a practice schedule that works for everyone and everyone will abide by, a form of communication, and whole team above at least gold 3 elo (plat-diamond team preferred). I will not join any stuck-up teams where communication is one way, you need me as much as i need you and I won't tolerate and sort of "looking down on people." Be chill :)

About me: Been playing league a bit over a year now. Familiar to the tournament scene (have won countless rp and tournies, got the truimphant ryze skin to prove it). As I said before I can play every role, but mid lane is my best role but can play jg or top to a high team level as well.
