LF non-toxic plat 5+ duo partner

so this is my typical soloQ game, last game for instance. I win my lane (in this case top as garen) against a vayne (yes my counter). Laning phase end i am 3/1, vayne is 1/5 i took their tower they got nothing. Meanwhile mid and bot and jg are feeding like none other. Team fight start, my #$%(*#$ team decides its a good idea to 3v5 ( i was in base, support was not near) behind behind. They get destroyed in 2 seconds and my mid laner and adc curse me out saying I suck I lost my lane throws in billions of cusses. I say shush let me carry (6/2 by this point) they try to surrender, fails 3 yes 1 no. We lose game i was 9/3, their adc 18/5 cause my team can't attack an adc and they all report me cause i suck enter QQ here Even tho i say nothing whole game and was doing very well. End result: I lose, and get a chat ban, makes sense right? YoloQ.

So yea i'm looking for a plat+ LEVEL MINDED summoner who can help me carry these horrible toxic players. I play any role, my main roles however are mid/top/jg. Please don't have a crappy KDA.
