**Player-focused: ** You hope to improve the way players play and getting the best out of them.

** Experienced: ** Have some kind of experience in what you do as a analyst Like using data sets, and Being able to visualize information.

**Technically adept: ** You’re very comfortable with statistics, probability, and quantitative analysis methods that help you find insights that matter.

**Social: ** Be able to talk to players in a reasonable fashion. For example, No putting players down or causing problems on the team. Be able to build relationships and welcoming for any player that asks for help.

Adaptable: you recognize that situations change, complications arise, and you’re ok with that; you’re adept at making plans and prioritizing under pressure, but coolly flexible

Communicator: you’re comfortable using google documents and you’re capable of translating raw data into reports and presentations that are clear and concise, and delivering them to a variety of audiences. Having any Excel or power point is plus but is not required.
