just play 1 champ untill you climb out of silver . ( per role ) best advice i can give you .
Start with this. Pick a role. Pick your top 3 champions for that role. Play custom games and keep csing until you can cs perfectly (without missing any). For now search up guides/tips on runes and masteries + item builds for each champion (Higher elo you can make your own pages and pick your own items). You can also slow down on the profanity, that might help too. Always remember, if you can't carry your team to victory, you deserve to stay in that elo.
