Jungle/Top Player looking for team to play with regularly

I'm getting back into the game after having not played since Aatrox came out. I specialize in tanks and tanky dps and prefer top and jungle though I can also support. In season 2 I was silver with a 1275 elo and a roughly 50% win ratio. I'm looking for a team to play with regularly, help me brush back up on the game, and improve from there. I'm usually on 5pm-9pm EST and a wider range on weekends.
