Bump again, Mylon I sent the request, and also I've met a few actual plats who have 70% and above but are usually one tricks or something similar. A wuk i know is p2 with 72% over like 90 games or so, a jinx with like 67% over 150, and a few others with "similarly close" stats. What I'm trying to do is actively search them out on here. Doesn't mean they are 100% smurfs, some people may just be lazy when it comes to playing ranked. Lots of variables.
