Bronze/Silver Team needing a Temporary Midlaner (Will keep you in roster)

Hello everyone, my name is ReaperSwordsmen, and I am the AD Carry and Team Captain for the team EverLyfe, We are in need of a Temp Mid Laner. Since our Mid laner at the moment has tons of school stuff going on. You will be moved as a sub, when he comes back. And wont get to participate with the team for our Competitive League, now there are some requirements for this position,

First off. You must have mid lane experience, Have mid laned for a season or 2. 2, you must be available to play on Monday nights starting at 5:00 PM PST(Pacific Standard Time), and 3, you must have Curse Voice. Now if you are interested you must fill out everything below:

What are you Willing to do for the Team: Well play well, communication is good, pings are solid and can shot call. Are you willing to Learn any Champ: Yes I'm only missing like two mid lane champs. What makes you Tilt: no communication, or shot calls if the whole team isn't 100% committed, just terrible moves to throw games. Wont be salty but does make me tilt if in comms your told but still don't listen.
