Hello! Team haywire is looking for members for season 6 and hopefully beyond. We are looking for a top laner, a mid laner, jungler, and support as well as two coaches a manager and someone to do video editing(players may send recorded streams to you for highlight videos or videos to be edited to post to the teams youtube) social media layouts and graphic design for the team if you want you can fill out the application for multiple positions but please keep in mind you may only be picked for one here are the applications for each role note we are looking for our coaches to be gold or higher and players to be unranked to bronze. For anyone who'd like to apply for the manager position Your name age timezone What role you play in game? would you be able to manage team social media (team updates, answering questions, maybe even doing things like posting pictures to sns) What experience or knowledge do you have handling things like social media team advertising and a bit later down the line sponsors ? How well do you work and interact with others? How many hours a week can you dedicate to the team? What you intend to bring to the team as manager? And why you want to be a member of the team?

Since I've asked you to apply it's only fair I tell you a bit about me and my goals for the team

my name is sammi I'm 15 and one of my goals as team captain is to really see this team thrive and be successful another thing is that I'd like to make it to challenger series with this team by season 7 and have every player at gold 3 by the end of this current season. As team captain I think it's my job to be a helpful and valuable member of the team to be accountable responsive and be thinking ahead in game and outside of game while also making the best of current time I'd like to be a team captain who listens and really makes sure everybody feels good about the situation in and out of game.

The way I plan to do this recruitment process is to recruit coaches first then our manager and content creator and lastly our players with the coaches I'd like to make tester teams of four that will be matched based on play style and from there run a few "practices" from there the final roster will be picked and I'll spend that week working with the manager and coaches to get a team schedule and our content creator for our sns and other things. Curse is better than both skype and teamspeak because of overlay for league and much easier. none of all that create a host crap and ip address and annoying skype noises. I quit reading the novel on war and peace, if you wanna try me out in jg or any lane for that matter lets roll. add me

Individual level, also indept about macro play. _ What do think you'll bring to the team? I've been playing since open beta. I've been gold on my main account since season 3. I think I have a great deal of experience and meta knowledge which translates into understanding champion scaling, how they work together, and what they do at what point in the game. _ How well do you work with others and how do you intend to work with the team members and other coach? I do a lot of 1v1 coaching and would be able to bring out bright idea's, correct minor macro and micro mistakes, and bring the team closer to the meta game. My specialty would be vision control and drafting. _ Are you able to do video analysis and or watch and create plays and team comps? Yes, although I would need assistance getting set up on that at first. how many hours a week can you dedicate to the team? 5-8 hours, depending on the day and time. __ how patient are you._ I am not impatient. _ are you willing to give extra help to those who need it after normal practice. Yes, 1v1 coaching is what I have the most experience with. _ how do you give criticism. I want the players to know I don't mean to "throw them under the bus" when I call out a mistake. A bit about your play style and opinions on how your role should be played

I like playing the 1v1 matchups hence top or mid are my go to. I like to play aggressive because I think it's easier to make a mistake being on the defensive. For top I tend to play more tanks/bruisers like trundle, illaoi, and naut. Mid i play whatever I feel like if it be assassins, mages, or masksman.

How do you interact with others

During Laning phase I don't talk much because I like winning my lane which requires concentration, also I do call miss. After Laning I'm a bit more vocal on what I think we should do but I don't do shot calling.

How many hours a week you can devote to the team Most nights I can do 2-3 hours

what do you think you'll bring to the team Positive energy and attitude. I only rage at myself when playing terrible.

what is your learning style Hands on. I need to be shown what to do then immediately after I need to practise it.

And why you want to be apart of the team As of late its been a dream to be on a team even if it doesn't last long.

The role you want: Support A bit about your play style and opinions on how your role should be played: I enjoy playing league of legends in a smart way I like being tactical warding and knowing what do do after each action, meaning i like to have a purpose after everything I do, for example my train of thought is like, After That turret is down im going to ward that area after that ill b back spend my gold then head to help that team fight that is starting to creep up. I like to kind of plan ahead it heps me react better to random situations. Essentially I would like to say I am pretty adaptable I can do whatever i need to do i Just have to practice a bit before i do it in a situation that is do or die

How do you interact with others: I am someone who is easy to get along with I do not belittle or make fun of people in a bad way I try to communicate effectively and let others know what i think without coming off as negative but instead being constructive.

How many hours a week you can devote to the team I have a very flexible schedule and i most likely can make my schedule revolve around the team

What do you think you'll bring to the team:I think i can bring a flexible play style and positive attitude to the team, someone who can help wherever needed with the team and be able to make sure does not ruin the team morale.

What is your learning style: essentially I am hands on but i can learn anyway the information is given to me ill just practice it

And why you want to be apart of the team: I watch LCS and pro play and enjoy the whole aspect of playing the game in a way that focuses on communication and working together. I try to have games like that but in solo queue its hard as not everyone is on the same page, i truly want to play this game with team mates that know how to play the game and want to work at getting better for themselves and for the team.
