How well do you work with others and how do you intend to work with the team members and other coach? Are you able to do video analysis and or watch and create plays and team comps? how many hours a week can you dedicate to the team? how patient are you are you willing to give extra help to those who need it after normal practice how do you give criticism Are you prepared to work with me and the other coach to decide how and when the team will practice?

Brutally honest What do think you'll bring to the team? Knowledge How well do you work with others and how do you intend to work with the team members and other coach? Good and Yes Are you able to do video analysis and or watch and create plays and team comps? Yes how many hours a week can you dedicate to the team? Depends on how serious team is how patient are you - Depends on how hard I believe the person I'm helping is trying are you willing to give extra help to those who need it after normal practice - Yes how do you give criticism - In a brutally honest fashion. I'm not gonna sugar coat anything because that takes more effort than it is worth. Are you prepared to work with me and the other coach to decide how and when the team will practice? Yes

Critical, patient, and honest What do think you'll bring to the team? Leadership How well do you work with others and how do you intend to work with the team members and other coach? I work really well with other people. Are you able to do video analysis and or watch and create plays and team comps? Ofcourse how many hours a week can you dedicate to the team? As much as needed how patient are you. extremely patient are you willing to give extra help to those who need it after normal practice. Yes how do you give criticism. I show the player what they did well, then mention what they need to improve on to become a better player. Are you prepared to work with me and the other coach to decide how and when the team will practice? Yes! ofcourse. Thanks for the opportunity.
