Hi, My name is Tc and I am the support for the competitive team The Lemon Frogs. We are currently looking for a starting (and possible sub) Mid laner to fill the hole in our roster. We have a short application if you could please take the time to fill it out so that we could gain better knowledge of you as a player that would be great. We do have a few requirements if you could please meet these requirements before filling out the application. Requirements: Must be Diamond elo (Platinum 1 Rank Lowest) Must main Mid lane Must have Teamspeak Must be able to understand basic english

Current Rank: Diamond 5 Do you have previous 5's experience: Yes. Played on a local Diamond team for about 6 months. Have you ever been banned before (Be honest): No. If so, what for: N/A Are you a shot caller: I can be. Do you own all champions: Yes. What season did you start playing mid lane: Before season 1. Are you available 5-6 days a week for practice: Yes. If so, what time (Include time zone): 12:00pm PST every day except Mondays and Wednesdays (5:00pm PST) Do you have tournament experience: Played several local tournaments with previous team. Also placed first in a Victorious Gaming daily draft tournament (as mid laner) If so, which tournaments: Gorilla Cafe Las Vegas annual LoL tournament. Do you tilt: No. If so, how bad on a scale 1-10: 0 Would be ok with being a sub (Your answer doesnt effect your tryout or our opinion): No. I'm trying to find a stable team to practice and grow with.

Do you have previous 5's experience: Yes, on diamond team Have you ever been banned before (Be honest): No If so, what for: N/A Are you a shot caller: Secondary/Map-wide calls. Not in-fight Do you own all champions: Except ~5 What season did you start playing mid lane: S3/4, ADC in S5. Playing again Are you available 5-6 days a week for practice: Can guarantee at least 4, usually more If so, what time (Include time zone): After 7est Do you have tournament experience: Played LCS style league and numerous free tourneys If so, which tournaments: OLS, VG, etc. Do you tilt: Rarely If so, how bad on a scale 1-10: 2-3 Would be ok with being a sub (Your answer doesnt effect your tryout or our opinion): Nah
