Hi, My name is Tc and I am the support for the competitive team The Lemon Frogs. We are currently looking for a starting (and possible sub) Mid laner to fill the hole in our roster. We have a short application if you could please take the time to fill it out so that we could gain better knowledge of you as a player that would be great. We do have a few requirements if you could please meet these requirements before filling out the application. Requirements: Must be Diamond elo (Platinum 1 Rank Lowest) Must main Mid lane Must have Teamspeak Must be able to understand basic english

Current Rank: Diamond V Do you have previous 5's experience: Yep Have you ever been banned before (Be honest): Never, not in any form or any type If so, what for: Are you a shot caller: I can be Do you own all champions: Yes every champ 20 rune pages and even energy runes ;) lol What season did you start playing mid lane: I have mained a role starting season 2 and mained each role a different season but by far mid is my best Are you available 5-6 days a week for practice: Yes If so, what time (Include time zone): PST Do you have tournament experience: Yes If so, which tournaments: LAN tourneys about 4 times at Howies Game Shack and twice at PCGamerz Hot Import Nights Do you tilt: No maybe get frustrated if a teammate makes the same mistake more the twice but I just try to make up for those mistakes with my own gameplay If so, how bad on a scale 1-10 Would be ok with being a sub (Your answer doesnt effect your tryout or our opinion): Prefer to be starting

Don't type much in chat at all anymore. Are you a shot caller: Yes Do you own all champions: No What season did you start playing mid lane: 2013 Are you available 5-6 days a week for practice: Yes If so, what time (Include time zone): EST, most of the time past 2 oclock on each day. I don't have a social life :-l. Do you have tournament experience: Yes If so, which tournaments: HKG, VG, EVG, DF (expired), PG (expired), and a couple more that I forget but were less important/ mainstream. Do you tilt: Occasionally, but I like to be corrected if I am instead of people just laughing then hating on me in chat. If so, how bad on a scale 1-10: 7, its something I need to work on. Current Rank: Diamond 5 Do you have previous 5's experience: Yes tons, highest i got was plat 1 with a team Have you ever been banned before (Be honest): Nope If so, what for: Are you a shot caller: Kinda, i can but not used Do you own all champions: Yes What season did you start playing mid lane: started at preseason 3 Are you available 5-6 days a week for practice:i can but depends on when you guys play If so, what time (Include time zone): EST, im available everyday after 4:30 pm est to around 12pm est
Do you have tournament experience: Yeah, online and LAN If so, which tournaments: The two i have mostly played on were single elimination tournaments, called DestinyFalls and EVG Do you tilt: Tilting for me mostly just means i go silent, and i only go tilt after i get ganked a ton If so, how bad on a scale 1-10: 4 Would be ok with being a sub (Your answer doesnt effect your tryout or our opinion): not really

If so, what for: N/A Are you a shot caller: Can be, it depends on who I'm playing with and what's needed. Do you own all champions: No. What season did you start playing mid lane: S1 Are you available 5-6 days a week for practice: Yes If so, what time (Include time zone): PST Do you have tournament experience: Yes If so, which tournaments: Different games through out the years such as team-based RTS and others. Do you tilt: Hehe, sometimes. If so, how bad on a scale 1-10: It really depends... But I rarely tilt. Would be ok with being a sub (Your answer doesnt effect your tryout or our opinion): I like playing but I do what's needed.

General skill level between P2-D2 Have you ever been banned before: No What for: N/A Are you a shot caller: Yes, I pride myself on my game knowledge and ability to shot call under pressure Do you own all champs: Yes What season did I start playing mid lane: S2 Are you available 5-6 days a week: Yes Time Zone and times available: CST, I work 4-5 days a week from 3pm-10:15pm I can practice immediately after or anytime before. Do you have tourney exp: Yes Which ones: EVG solo and premade Do you tilt: No, but I am prone to becoming quieter when behind if my team does no have my back. Silence is a confidence killer Scale: 1-10: 1. Again, I don't tilt, but I do become quieter to focus on my own gameplay to correct errors Would you be ok with being a sub: Yes Thanks, Finte.
