Serious player looking to play with an active ranked 5's team

First of all here's my story, I've been playing for a while now, off an on but i retain my mechanics each time I come back, recently have I finally stuck to the game and wish to be apart of a ranked team. I can play any role consistantly just depends on the group i'm playing with. My solo que is unranked and that's where it will probably remain for a bit. I'm not to fond of playing with players who aren't communicating and working together so I don't play much solo que. Now for the good stuff you guys wanna here. Whichever team I make it on I will commit most of my free time to. I typically play after 7pm on weekends and after 5pm on weekdays. I can adjust myself to any playstyle with time worked onto it.
