Looking for top laner for gold/plat team

Looking for someone with a ton of drive and ambition to learn to take constructive criticism and grow with a team that has set out short term midterm, and long term goals. We are looking for individuals who are consistent and know how to play their lane. This team is a commitment and when you join should you be offered a spot after your tryouts some of the goals and expectations you can expect to commit to are as follows:

1. Committing to show up to practice every scheduled day and updating your schedule for the team captain each week as well as being flexible.
2. Having a family and long term mindset this is a team, not some group of random 5 people that are going to play 5s for a week and then disband
3. This is a long term year commitment with set out expectations for improvement for players and the team as a whole so be the type of person that's willing to agree to that and not dip out after two months.

We generally play in the evenings after about 5 central time is usually when we start sometimes 6 central time depending on the day and we play always for a minimum of about 4 hours sometimes we play up to 6.
