So what kind of team is this may you think?

We're a team with strong will to improve as a player and individual. We basically work as a team and being the team leader doesn't give any benefits and everyone in the team has a voice. We're all fairly vocal and social in general so we expect you to be the same.

So what do we expect from you?

*Recognize that this is a commitment this a team looking for a long term player with goals of going somewhere aka challenger and hopefully beyond in a year or twos time.

*You must be over 18 for maturity reasons, with this we also expect you to have respect for all the other players.

*Be social/don't be a stranger, I'll assure you that we don't bite.

*Take criticism and be adaptable, one trick ponies won't be accepted and you should be able to adapt to the meta changes.

*Flexibility will be needed but general game time is around 1-7( on weekends and shorter 3-4 hour practices on weekdays) PST and we need to be able to rely on you showing up if not said anything else.

*Don't be unnecessarily salty/toxic, flame is lame and we don't accept rude people, make sure that you know that you can realize your mistakes so the MR. Coach guy can do his job.

*Lastly we want you to take the game at a serious level instead of messing around in game 24/7.
