So one of the rewards is Pool Party Mundo and i was wondering if you dont own mundo and you get that rewards does riot send you mundo and the skin? or you dont get skin cus u dont have the champ. ( need to know if so, so i can purchase him )

They will give you the champion if you don't have him. Works like that for any free skin. Do you want the free Garen and Tristana skin too?
