ADC/Support LF 5's Team

I'm tired of solo queue, and I want to join a ranked 5's team. I'm Gold V, but finished last season Gold I and due to inactive decay from Plat IV with college. I can be consistent with schedules, and I would like for it to be a serious team. Not a team that forms, and gives up after a few games. Team 5's takes practice, but most importantly we need to enjoy the game.
