Platinum V Support LF Serious Ranked Team

I have lost interest in league from playing so much solo queue, but playing ranked 5's is what makes league enjoyable. I have been on so many teams since the beginning of season 4, and those team lack consistency. Teams will get together and then after like a week it somehow manages to fall apart. I'm looking for a long term team to make it work. As five people we can improve at league of legends, and make the schedule work. I'm starting college in august, but I'm looking to still stay with the same team. A little bit about me as a league of legends player. I have played bot lane since the end of season 3, and its the only lane I like to play competitively and a lane that makes since to me. I can be a shot caller if needed and I know a good bit about playing every support champion that are meta/non-meta. I like to be vocal but everyone should contribute as well. I'm looking for a team of people who want to get better at league while showing other teams how well we can work together. People who aren't afraid of criticism and call out other people's mistakes but not rage and flame. Most important if we aren't haviing fun playing video games, then what's the point?
