Plat mid lf team

I've got extensive game knowledge from years of playing, looking for a team to help me break past my limits and reach the next level.

I can play most champions proficently and if not i can learn them very quickly. I usually try to take command and shot-call because no one else usually does in soloqueue. I can use any VOIP program requested. I'm open to criticism and i will give it if requested.
