[LFM] Serious ranked 5v5 team looking for a Jungler and substitutes/sister team

Introduction

Hello! I am the captain and manager of a ranked 5v5 team that aspires to play seriously next season. We'll be taking this rather seriously, having scheduled practices, tournaments, climbing the ladder, and hopefully a coach. Our goals are simply to improve at the game and become stronger as both individual players and a team as the season progresses. To get started, all we need is a Jungler willing to abide by our standards of play and schedule. We'll also be recruiting substitutes for our current roster that may also double as a sister team with a respective manager and captain if we have enough interest. A few of our members have been playing together for almost two years, with the exception of our support, who was accepted into our roster yesterday. We each have our respective amount of time playing both solo queue and team play, and are very experienced players. Aside from myself, none of our members have played seriously, so this will be a little shaky at first as things settle. We've been on teams in the past who have worked out, and some have not. We want to be able to ensure that this one works out, so we're going to be taking this into our own hands, and doing it in the best way we see fit. We're generally pretty good players, if anything consistent, and we also want to improve through a competitive atmosphere.

What we're looking for in new players

What we want to see in a new player is someone who understands the game, knows how to play on a team, can give and take constructive criticism, and someone who is dedicated to both the team and improving as both an individual player and as a team. We're not screwing around here, so neither should you.

• Is willing to abide by our schedule and quality standards
• Will communicate efficiently
• Has a good understanding of the game
• Has proper vision control (pinks, sweepers, etc)
• Knows how to play as a team
• Can take constructive criticism /Preferably 16+

How we'll handle the tryout process

Send me a friend request, and as I accept you, message me with your role and the following message "97012". Once I accept you, I'm going to put you into a folder for your role and then play one or two games with you to see how the tryouts go. Once tryouts are closed, I will message everyone who tried out with a message either saying that they will have a return tryout, have been accepted, or offer them a role on our sister team.
