ADC looking for a serious 5v5 team

TL:DR - Hello, I'm a top lane main who has recently transitioned to the ADC role, and I'm looking for a serious 5v5 team of any elo (I'd be willing to play with silvers, as I just want to get some experience with both 5v5s and the role of ADC, since I'm somewhat lacking at the moment.) to play and grow with.

I'd prefer a team that isn't already established (IE: a team that already has four members and is just looking for a quick replacement), and a team that's just starting up and is looking for members. This way I can see how the team progresses and we can form synergy from the beginning, rather than having someone abruptly showing up in the team.

I can play any ADC proficiently, with the exception of Kalista (Who I haven't played) and Tristana. My best ADCs would have to be Lucian, Kog'Maw, and Draven. I'd be willing to get better at or play any ADC if the team requires me to do so.

Rank/ Platinum IV (Decay) Win rate/ Roughly 60% 5v5 experience/ High elo teams (Diamond, Platinum, Gold), hundreds of 5v5 games(although almost all of them aren't serious), and tournament experience. Age/ 16 (I can be mature as required, but can have fun as well) Chat clients/ Skype, Raidcall, Curse Voice, and Teamspeak.
