Established Ranked 5's Team L4 Mid Laner

Currently Silver 5 we have a solid team but our mid laner is preferring to be sub only.

What were looking for: A Silver + Mid Laner with a large champion pool (you must have an established record in ranked to prove this 50 + games with at least a few mid laners). You must be able to use Team Speak and be available consistently after 11 am Eastern Time and until possibly 4 am.
