Looking For Ranked 5's Team

Here I am just like everybody else looking for the sacred 5's team. I main support then jungle. I am currently ranked Silver IV although I would like to think I am much better than that but then I would sound like everyone else in "elo hell". My best supports are Thresh -> Nami -> Taric, but I can play almost every support. My best jungle champions include Volibear -> Hecarim -> Maokai. I'm willing to try out for any team preferably a somewhat serious team. I am open to criticism and I do not rage. I have most voice programs and will use any that are required. I can play basically everyday from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm EST.
