LF a team to learn from

Looking for a serious team to play non ranked with. Obviously I want to play ranked, but at this time I'm not that good at the game. I'm not looking to fill a perm position on your squad. Just to fill for scrims, and fun play with some coaching. I also have a private teamspeak server hosted by NFO Servers. You may see 2 or 3 people in there at night but mostly its empty and could be a dedicated server for league if you so choose.

I have plenty of experience in competitive play, mostly in FPS games. Over 14 years in comp teams all which were ranked highly. CEVO, CAL, TWL, just to name a few leagues I've been in. I do learn quickly and I've been playing since season 3. Started playing ranked recently got placed in Bronze 1, then demoted like a freight train.
