Hardstuck in silver and shifting from s1 to s5 constantly

This is starting to get really fucking obnoxious, its teasing me so bad. i really need a duo to help me, it will also help me get less toxic teammates i mean seriously every damn game i get flamed every goddamn game two days ago i got flamed for roaming as bard. Im always positive in chat but still i keep getting flamed and i dont get it. Pls god i need help
