Hardstuck in silver and shifting from s1 to s5 constantly

i went 1-9 after losing Gold 5 promos. starting playing Flex Q to get my ranked fix. Once i felt like i was in a normal state of mind i went back to Solo Q and won 2 games. Don't keep playing when you're too close to being demoted down, that's when i stopped. I also noticed when i was on that losing streak, i was playing poorly. my mind was not in the game, i was more worried about losing LP
