[NA][Silver-Gold]Try outs for two sister teams

Welcome to the new era of eSports - franchising has officially started, we’ve had our first draft, and there is now an academy league. This combined with the promise of in-game tournaments coming to the client, there is a lot of excitement to do with organized play right now. As such, we are happy to announce that the first recruitment effort for Wolverine eSports’ is beginning today. With the amount of teams forming there is becoming a greater than ever demand for the ability to improve at more than just simply playing the game - as such, the communities that are offered to us the gamers will also adapt. As the first community to unite content creators, gamers, and people who dream of the professional eSports life, we aim to help each member of this public community grow and achieve their dream.

First, we are aiming to begin with a playerbase of two sister teams that will regularly practice against each other after rosters have been decided. From here, we will be recruiting people who wish to gain experience as analysts or coaches within an organized environment and allowing trial periods with the two sister teams.

This will lead into our second project, being ongoing in-house practice tournaments where people from inside or outside the community will be able to actively hop into 5vs5 custom games suited to their level of play. Aimed to create a practice environment where you do not have to worry about random trolls, players not knowing their role, or players who simply play ranked to climb rather than to improve while also allowing players to gain practice with organized communication and drafting as we hope to partner each group with at least a coach to help organize their draft phase with such short time to plan together.

Make sure to tell us your summoner name, when you are generally available and for how many hours (roughly) per week for practice, your rank (ideally silver to low gold), your preferred champion(s) and role(s).

Once players have been selected we will begin recruitment for the initial analysts and coaches who will help go over vods with the players either as a group or one-on-one as suited.
