We use Discord for team play, we mostly play Flex right now but will be doing scrims / tournaments in the near future. We're a semi-serious environment with planned drafts and specific champion pools. If you aren't okay with playing 4-5 champions at most, then you're probably not going to feel like a good fit. This is simply because to improve as a team we need to develop synergy and be used to playing with select champions and as synergy develops we can develop deeper pools.
