Looking to make low rank team to climb w/

Hello, I am here to today to post about a team I am looking to start involving lower rank players where we would climb and practice together, while also learning the game and aspects about it. However I will not tolerate flaming and or fighting within the team as I want this to be a fun experience for all involved, I mostly play Mid lane and Jungle but am open to all positions.
