Making Ranked 5's Team All Ranks!

So I am creating a Ranked 5's Team for all ranks. I am looking to make a competitive but good environment to play. Curse Voice and Skype are required and we may have some practices but will not have a schedue up until the team is set. Also please put some info like your IGN, Main Role, 5 Best Champs for that Role, 2nd Best Role ,5 Best Champs for that and what Rank you are. Example: IGN:RockChalk12 Main Role: ADC Best Champs: 2nd Best Role: Top Best Champs: Rank: Bronze 3, trying to climb as of right now
