Silver looking for other silver or gold Duo

I'm at 0 LP in silver 4 right now and I just don't wanna risk it. I need a duo who I can confide in. One who understands their lane phase tactics as well as general strategies, game mechanics, and knows the difference between a good call and a bad one. Preferably I'm looking for someone who can help carry with me, so a strong mid lane is always a plus in this respect.
