[NA][Bronze-Gold][Dedicated Players Only]

Hello everyone, I am starting a new ranked team, as you can tell from the title. A little information about myself: I am 14 and I have been playing League since season 3, and I have been bronze for all my life until recently when I climbed to silver 4. I have been on countless teams and through those teams I have learned how to maintain a team that doesn't fall apart. The reason that I am making a team is because I want to improve as a group with 4 other players who are as dedicated as I am to improving. My dream(obviously it's a dream, and most definitely not a goal) is to be on a team that is in the Challenger Series or the LCS. For the team that I am making now, I aim to steadily improving and participating in tournaments and Stack Your Team. The team will practice at least twice a week, and most likely more than that. To make sure that people are playing to the best of their ability and that the team succeeds, there will be pressure on players to improve week by week and the possibility of being kicked of the team if your attitude and play remains inconsistent.
