Looking for Lvl 30 unranked or bronze players for a serious League team!

My friend and I are forming a serious League team that will participate in tournaments and ranked. We want a team full of players that are looking to play the game seriously and are easy to get ahold of for practices and such. We usually use Razer Comms for chat, but that's negotiable.
