ADC looking for a serious tourney/ranked Team

I'm looking for a team that likes to play in tourneys and is serious about it. I am Bronze 3, but was silver last season. I'm just looking for a team to help me improve and I want to play as much as possible and play in some serious tournaments/ranked ques.
